Hi! I'm Amanda Humelsine, a
REALTOR® serving clients throughout Metro Detroit. I love helping buyers and
sellers navigate one of the biggest milestones in their lives, whether it's
purchasing a first home, finding a forever home, building from the ground up,
or preparing a home for the market. My favorite part of real estate is building
lasting relationships and helping people feel confident every step of the way.
Outside of real estate, I'm also
the Vice President of Product at a startup, where I lead product strategy and
work closely with teams to build innovative solutions. My background in
technology has strengthened my skills in communication, problem-solving,
negotiation, and organization—qualities that have translated seamlessly into my
real estate career.
I live in Clarkston with my
husband, Josh, and our daughter, Scarlett, who keeps us laughing and on our
toes every day. Family is at the center of everything I do, and when I'm not
working, you'll usually find us spending time together, exploring the community,
or making memories around Michigan.
In my free time, I enjoy reading,
golfing, discovering new local restaurants and businesses, and spending quality
time with family and friends. I'm passionate about supporting the communities I
serve and love helping people not only find the right home but also feel
connected to the place they call home.
