CEO
Chris Hendrix is the President of HRC Realty LLC, which includes Coldwell Banker Professionals, Century 21 Professionals, and Metro Investments Property Management. A Michigan native, Chris has spent his career shaping the state's real estate landscape.
His leadership has earned him recognition, including the 2021 NOCBOR Broker of the Year award and being named one of Crain's Detroit Business' Most Notable Real Estate Executives. He holds a degree in Business Management from Eastern Michigan University.
Outside of work, Chris is a dedicated family man, married to Sally Hendrix and father of five—two sons and three daughters.

Jeremy Wolfrom
Chief Operating Officer
With 20 years in marketing and advertising, and a decade in real estate, Jeremy Wolfrom brings a wealth of expertise and leadership to HRC Realty. He has served as Branch Manager in Midland, MI, and as District Manager for Coldwell Banker Professionals, where he drove success across multiple offices.
Jeremy’s unique blend of marketing expertise and real estate knowledge gives him a strategic edge in guiding clients through an ever-changing market. Known for his hands-on approach and strategic thinking, he is committed to delivering exceptional results and exceeding client expectations.
Outside of work, Jeremy enjoys golfing and spending time with his family. As a devoted husband and father of two, he often jokes about being an “Uber driver” for his kids' many activities. His dedication to both work and family reflects HRC’s core values of teamwork, leadership, and exceeding expectations.
